The Baggies signed the forward on loan from Galatasaray in the winter transfer window in a bid to save themselves from being relegated from the Premier League.

Diagne has scored three goals, but has failed to stop the rot and West Brom’s relegation to the Championship has been confirmed even before the last two league games of the season.

The forward has made it clear he will not be extending his stay at West Brom as playing in the Championship is not in his plans.

Newly promoted Premier League outfit Watford are interested in him and Crystal Palace and Brighton are also believed to be keen on him.

And Diagne stressed that he is open to staying in England and playing in the Premier League.

The Galatasaray contracted forward was quoted as saying by Turkish outler aspor: “I don’t want to play in the Championship, but I want to stay in the Premier League.

“Or I can go to another country and another league where I can be considered.”

Diagne still has two more years left on his contract with Galatasaray.
