Manchester City have announced their team and substitutes to play host to Everton in the final game of their Premier League campaign.

Pep Guardiola’s side have secured the Premier League title and will look to make sure they head into the post-match celebrations with another three points in the bag.

Guardiola will also have one eye on the upcoming Champions League final, with a win over Everton helping to further build momentum.

Manchester City are without defender Joao Cancelo, who is suspended.

Guardiola picks Ederson in goal, while at the back he selects Kyle Walker and Oleksandr Zinchenko as full-backs. Ruben Dias and John Stones slot into central defence.

Further up the pitch the Manchester City manager goes with Fernandinho, while Riyad Mahrez also plays. Kevin De Bruyne, Phil Foden and Raheem Sterling support Gabriel Jesus.

If Guardiola wants to shake things up he can turn to his bench, where his options include Sergio Aguero and Ferran Torres.
