West Ham United have officially confirmed their starting eleven and substitutes for their final game of the Premier League season, as they welcome Southampton to the London Stadium.

David Moyes’ side have defied expectations this season and know that just a point this afternoon would secure Europa League football for next term.

The Hammers scored a vital 3-1 win away at West Brom in their last game, putting them in pole position to book European football.

The last meeting between West Ham and Southampton this season ended in a 0-0 draw on the south coast, but the Hammers have won the last three encounters between the two teams at the London Stadium.

Lukasz Fabianski slots in between the sticks for West Ham, while Vladimir Coufal and Aaron Cresswell are full-backs. Craig Dawson and Angelo Ogbonna are the central pairing.

Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek will look to control midfield, while Pablo Fornals, Jarrod Bowen and Jesse Lingard support Michail Antonio.

If Moyes wants to make changes then he has options on the bench, including Mark Noble and Issa Diop.
