The Spanish giants paid a whopping €126m fee to snare Felix away from Benfica in 2019 and he has been gradually emerging as a star man in Spain.

He scored seven times in the league last season as Atletico Madrid won La Liga and there are suggestions that he could leave the club this summer.

Manchester City are interested in taking Felix to England and are believed to be ready to offer Bernardo Silva to Atletico Madrid as part of a swap deal.

But according to Spanish daily AS, Atletico Madrid are not considering selling the player in the ongoing transfer window.

Felix still has a contract until 2026 with the club and Atletico Madrid believe it is not time for the Portuguese to leave them.

The Spanish giants believe that the player still has a lot more to offer and is only going to get better.

They are not interested in any swap deals for Felix and will hold on to the player this summer.

The Spanish giants are planning to have Felix in Diego Simeone’s squad next season.
