Bellerin has emerged as Inter’s priority target as the Italian champions look to bring in a replacement for Achraf Hakimi, who joined Paris Saint-Germain last week.

The Spaniard wants to leave and Arsenal are prepared to let him go as part of their plans to overhaul of Mikel Arteta’s squad this summer.

A move to the San Siro interests the defender and it seems talks between Inter and his representatives have been positive.

According to Italian daily Gazzetta dello Sport, the two parties already have a broad agreement in place for Bellerin to join the Serie A giants this summer.

A five-year contract worth €3.5m per year has already been agreed upon between Inter and Bellerin’s agents.

With personal terms out of the way, Inter are now plotting to focus on reaching an agreement with Arsenal.

The Gunners are prepared to loan out Bellerin if there is a mandatory purchase clause, but Inter are only interested in including an option to buy.

The Serie A giants believe that Arsenal will soften their stance over the course of the transfer window.

Inter also have alternatives lined up if the Gunners continue to insist on their terms for Bellerin’s loan.
