Everton are in the market to bring in a winger and have been considering a number of options in the market this summer

Marcel Brands, the Everton director of football, has been scouting a number of players over his period at Goodison Park, as he seeks to bring in a wide player.

Bailey and Chukwueze were on Everton’s radar last summer and they have been extensively scouted again over the last year.

And it has been claimed that the duo again feature on Everton’s shortlist of targets this time as well.

Bailey has been tipped to leave Leverkusen in recent windows and has been on the radar of several Premier League clubs.

Chukwueze impressed last season as Villarreal won the Europa League and is being looked at as an option for Everton.

Everton are close to signing Andros Townsend on a free transfer this summer, but he is likely to be used as cover in the wide areas.

Rafael Benitez still wants a starting option in his squad and Bailey and Chukwueze are two options Everton are considering.
