The 25-year-old full-back has been tipped to leave PSV this summer, but he is yet to make a move away from the club.

Everton are interested in signing him and have been trying to sell him a move to Goodison Park, but his agent Mino Raiola has been pushing for a switch to Inter.

The Nerazzurri are keen but are only interested in a loan move, which Raiola has been trying to make acceptable to PSV this summer.

The Dutch club want to sort out his future soon and, according to Dutch daily the Eindhovens Dagblad, a high-level meeting is scheduled for today.

The PSV top brass will hold talks to discuss the situation around Dumfries and what to do with him this summer.

PSV want to move him on and are aware Dumfries has mentally checked out of the club in anticipation of a transfer.

He has also not been training with the PSV first team and is not interested in reporting for pre-season with the club.

The squad are also claimed to have moved on from Dumfries as they believe he will soon be leaving PSV.
