The 22-year-old centre-back featured sparsely last season for Spurs and only made 13 appearances across all competitions.

He still has three years left on his contract but his future at Tottenham is under the scanner due to interest from a few teams in Europe.

Galatasaray are interested in signing him on loan this summer but they are yet to make a concrete offer for him.

And it has been claimed that Tanganga himself is keen to continue at Tottenham next season.

A product of the Spurs academy, the defender wants to stay and establish himself as a first-team starter.

But the 22-year-old is uncertain about his future as he is still does not know to what extent he is part of Nuno’s plans at Tottenham.

If he is required to leave on loan to play regular football he would consider interest from both clubs in the Premier League and abroad.

But for the moment, the Spurs manager is yet to spell out to the defender whether he is wanted at Tottenham.
