Arsenal tabled a bid for Aouar last summer, but they were short of the money Lyon wanted before they could have agreed to sell him.
The Frenchman had a difficult last season at Lyon and the club have been interested in listening to offers for him this summer as well.
Arsenal have again been linked with Aouar, but they are poised to sign Martin Odegaard from Real Madrid. Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool have also been credited with being admirers of the player.
According to French sports daily L’Equipe, Lyon are still to receive any acceptable proposals for Aouar this summer.
The offers Lyon have received thus far have not been deemed good enough and for the moment he remains their player.
Aouar is believed to be keen on a move away from Lyon but at the moment he has no compelling offer on his table.
It remains to be seen whether Lyon receive any good offers for the midfielder with less than two weeks left in the window.
