The Merseyside giants are prepared to let the forward go if they receive acceptable offers for him as he is down the pecking order of attackers at Anfield.
Origi played just 181 minutes of Premier League football last season and is firmly down the pecking order of attacking options at Jurgen Klopp’s disposal.
Liverpool are keen to move him on and several European clubs have made enquiries for him this summer.
But it has been claimed that the Reds are yet to receive concrete offers worth considering for the Belgian forward and a number of suitors have been put off by his salary demands.
Liverpool value him at around £12m to £15m, but for the moment no club have shown the appetite to pay such figures for Origi.
The Reds have no plans to loan him out and Klopp is happy to have him in the squad if the Belgian does not leave.
Origi himself is not agitating for a move as he is aware a move away from Liverpool is likely to be a step down for his career.
