James is set to depart Manchester United two years after he joined from Swansea City and he is on his way to Leeds.
The Whites missed out on signing the winger in January 2019 but are closing in on a deal to take him at Elland Road.
An agreement is in place between Manchester United and Leeds for the winger’s move to West Yorkshire.
And it has been claimed that James is preparing to undergo his medical checks with Leeds this morning.
Once the medical is done, the Welshman will sign a contract with Leeds and end his association with Manchester United.
Marcelo Bielsa has been chasing James for more than three years and it seems he is finally getting his man.
He started two of Manchester United’s opening three league games but once Cristiano Ronaldo was signed, the Red Devils became open to letting him go.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was reportedly unwilling to sell James but ultimately accepted the fate.
