Having joined Olympiacos from French champions Lille in the summer, Camara is slowly establishing himself as a regular starter for the Greek giants.

The 20-year-old has made ten appearances across all competitions for Olympiacos so far, scoring two goals and providing one assist in the process.

Camara also starred in Olympiacos’ most recent Europa League outing against Fenerbahce, helping his team to a 3-0 win and catching the eye of European heavyweights Liverpool.

According to Greek outlet Sportime, Liverpool have started scouting Camara after being impressed with his performance against Fenerbahce last month.

A Liverpool scout, who was in attendance when Olympiacos beat Fenerbahce 3-0, is said to have taken note of the Guinea international.

Having been impressed with Camara, the Merseyside-based club are expected to continue monitoring his development at Olympiacos.

It remains to be seen if Liverpool, who previously signed Konstantinos Tsimikas from Olympiacos, will look to do business with the Greek outfit again.
