The 21-year-old midfielder has been emerging as one of the most sought after young midfield talents with several big clubs chasing him.

Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United are interested in taking him to England and even Juventus have their eyes on getting their hands on the French midfielder at the end of the season.

Mitchell stressed that Monaco will take a closer look at the Tchouameni’s future once the current campaign ends.

He pointed out that the midfielder still has more than two years left on his contract and indicated that if clubs want to sign him next season, they would have to offer big money to Monaco in the summer.

The Monaco sporting director told Italian daily Tuttosport: “The market possibilities are endless and in July, we will take stock of the situation by analysing, first and foremost, how we will have finished the season.

“It should be remembered that the boy has a contract that binds him to Monaco until 2024.

“And his evaluation is definitely worth big money.

“In Monte Carlo, everything costs a lot and let’s say that Tchouameni is as expensive as a big casino.”

The 21-year-old has already played over 70 times for Monaco and has seven international caps to his name for France.
