The Brazilian midfielder is on the fringes of the Juventus squad this season and the club are keen to move him on in the winter transfer window.

The 25-year-old is not part of Massimiliano Allegri’s plans and the Italian giants are prepared to consider loan offers for Arthur.

Newcastle have been linked with a move to the midfielder as well and his agents have also offered Arsenal a chance to sign the player in January.

And according to Italian outlet Calciomercato.com, Arthur could find a home in France as well as PSG are interested in getting their hands on him.

PSG sporting director Leonardo is considering bringing in midfielders in January and Arthur has emerged as an option.

Leonardo is an admirer of his compatriot and is considering taking him to the Parc des Princes next month.

His representatives have been touting their player around across Europe in the hope of finding a new club for him.

Juventus are keen to let him go in January to ease some of the pressure on their oversized wage bill.
