And according to Italian outlet Calciomercato.com, Roma are pushing ahead with an attempt to sign Grillitsch in the winter transfer window.

 

 

The Serie A giants are in talks with his entourage and are pushing to take him to the Stadio Olimpico next month.

 

Rome value his versatility to play both in central defence and midfield and Jose Mourinho has approved their interest in him.

 

 

Hoffenheim are ready to sell him for a fee of around €5m to €6m in the January transfer window.

 

The Serie A giants are willing to do business at the price and are now putting in the effort needed to sign him.
