Danjuma left Championship side Bournemouth in the summer for Villarreal and has had an impressive start to his career in Spain.
The Dutchman has five goals and two assists in La Liga for Villarreal so far this season and his performances have seen him attract interest from several clubs across Europe.
Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool are claimed to be tracking Danjuma ahead of a potential swoop to take him back to England and are keeping close tabs on him.
And any club wishing to snare away the 24-year-old can do so as he has a €75m release clause included in his current deal at Villarreal – and it is valid at any time.
However, the forward is likely to remain at the Estadio de la Ceramica beyond the ongoing window as no exit is on the cards at present.
Liverpool are also understood to be not keen on adding any new signings to their squad in the ongoing window.
Danjuma is contracted at the Spanish side until the summer of 2026 and it remains to be seen whether any interested parties will look to trigger his release clause.
