The Giallorossi are looking to bolster their squad in the ongoing window and they have been credited with interest in a clutch of players across Europe.

Wolves man Moutinho, who is in the final year of his contract at Molineux, is claimed to have popped up on Roma’s transfer radar.

It has been suggested Moutinho could depart Molineux this month.

Roma coach Jose Mourinho is reportedly an admirer of the midfielder and is claimed to be keen on having him at the Stadio Olimpico this month.

However, according to Italian outlet Calciomercato.com, Roma have denied having any interest in signing the Wolves star.

As it stands, Roma do not have enough space on their books and will need to offload players to bring new players in, while signing a player as old as Moutinho is not on their transfer agenda.

Moutinho’s entourage have also made it clear that he has his heart set on finishing this season with Wolves in the Premier League before taking a decision on his future.
