The Owls have made centre-back Jordan Storey their first signing in the ongoing window, roping him in from Preston North End on loan.

 

Moore is keen on making on more addition to his centre-back department before the window slams shut, while he is also looking to bring in an attacking player, following the exit of Wolves loanee Theo Corbeanu.

 

 

The 47-year-old is working hard behind the scenes as he looks for further additions and has already held talks with a number of his targets this month.

 

Moore is optimistic that Sheffield Wednesday can seal deals with more players on their transfer wish list as they look to boost their chances of securing a playoff spot by further strengthening their squad.

 

 

Brighton centre-back Hayden Roberts and Cardiff City’s Aden Flint are defenders currently on the Yorkshire side transfer radar.

 

Sheffield Wednesday area also keeping a close eye on Aston Villa’s young striker Cameron Archer while West Bromwich Albion’s Rayhaan Tulloch is another name under consideration as a potential recruit.

 

 

It remains to be seen how many more players Moore can add to his squad this month, with just over ten days left in the window.
