Bielsa’s side grabbed a shock 3-2 win away at top four chasing West Ham United last weekend and the display in the capital has been enough to win the Argentine and his staff the award.

 

The Leeds boss and his coaches posed in front of the award and Bielsa cut a cheerful and delighted figure.

 

 

Leeds showed big character to win at West Ham, with Jack Harrison turning on the style to score a hat-trick in the capital.

 

The win has further eased any fears at Elland Road over Leeds being dragged into the relegation battle in the Premier League.

 

 

Bielsa’s side currently sit eight points above the bottom three, which is made up of Burnley, Newcastle United and Watford.

 

With Leeds still have a further 18 games to play this season however the club will not be resting on their laurels.

 

 

They are active in the January transfer market and are currently trying to sign Brenden Aaronson from Red Bull Salzburg.
