The 22-year-old attacking midfielder has been a key player in the German club’s journey to the Europa League final and has registered four assists in the competition this season.

But there were major doubts about his availability for the big game due to the hamstring injury he suffered in the first leg of their semi-final against West Ham.

The midfielder missed the second leg at home and also sat out of the last three Bundesliga games for Eintracht.

But ahead of the final on Wednesday night, there is good news for Eintracht as according to German daily Bild, Lindstrom will be fit to play against Rangers.

The Dane has managed to recover from his injury and has travelled with the rest of the Eintracht squad to Seville.

The midfielder will hope to start the game and make a big impact as Eintracht look to avoid the fate of the other German sides who faced Rangers this season and beat them in Spain.

Rangers are in a European final for the first time since losing the UEFA Cup final in Manchester in 2008.
