The 25-year-old Brazil international is keen to leave Everton after a season where they just managed to survive in the Premier League.

The forward wants to play at a higher level, with the World Cup in Qatar looming, and Tottenham are amongst the clubs who are interested in signing him.

The north London club have held talks with Everton in a bid to find common ground for Richarlison, but there has been no movement on a switch to Spurs for the player.

And it has been claimed that no club are ready to pay the kind of money Everton want before agreeing to sell him.

There are suggestions that Everton are holding out for around £50m before agreeing to let the player go.

And for the moment, no club are prepared to pay that kind of fee for the Brazilian this summer.

Richarlison wants to play for a bigger club but is also mindful of not taking any risks ahead of the World Cup.

He is aware that his spot in Brazil’s World Cup squad could be jeopardised if he makes the wrong move this summer.
