Leno has been the newly-promoted Premier League side’s top goalkeeping target all summer and negotiations have dragged on for several weeks between the two clubs.

Arsenal have been unwilling to drop their financial demands and Fulham have been pushing for a compromise to get the German goalkeeper.

The 30-year-old has been keen on the move and have been patiently waiting for the two clubs to work out an agreement.

And it has been claimed that a verbal agreement is now in place between Arsenal and Fulham for Leno to move to Craven Cottage.

The two clubs are still holding talks and are now pushing to finalise the details of the agreement.

Once a final agreement is in place, Leno will undergo a medical and look to agree on personal terms with Fulham.

Marco Silva has been pushing to get Leno all summer and the Fulham boss is finally on the cusp of landing the German.
