Spurs are looking to offload Lo Celso this summer as boss Antonio Conte does not see him playing a part in his plans at the club.

Spanish side Villarreal, with whom Lo Celso had a loan spell last term, are keen on signing him again, but they have not managed to agree on a deal with Spurs.

Serie A outfit Fiorentina also want to snap up the Argentine this summer and have been in talks with Tottenham for him.

Lo Celso has given the green light to La Viola and he is prepared to return to Italy but a deal is far from done.

According to Italian daily La Nazione, Fiorentina are yet to reach an agreement on terms with Spurs over Lo Celso’s signature.

Fiorentina and Spurs are still to reach middle ground on the bonus payments that are needed in a deal for Lo Celso so that the Italians can match the price tag on his head.

Tottenham are claimed to be valuing Lo Celso at €20m and also want a further €3m in add-on payments.
