Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has named his starting eleven and substitutes that will take on newly-promoted Fulham in the Reds’ opening game of their Premier League season at Craven Cottage this afternoon.

The Reds won the Community Shield against Manchester City last weekend and Klopp has decided against making too many changes to the team.

Roberto Firmino will lead the line, with Luis Diaz and Mohamed Salah on the flanks, providing firepower for the Liverpool attack.

Club captain Jordan Henderson and Fabinho will look to provide solidity in the middle of the park, with Thiago Alcantara tasked with the job of controlling the game.

Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson will occupy the full-back positions, with Virgil van Dijk and Joel Matip forming the centre-back pairing.

Big summer signings Darwin Nunez and Fabio Carvalho are options Klopp has on the bench today in west London.
