Rabiot has emerged as a big target as Manchester United push to strengthen their midfield options following a disastrous start to the season.
Erik ten Hag is pushing for options in the middle of the park and while they are still interested in Frenkie de Jong, the club are now also working on deals for other targets.
And Rabiot is the player the club are progressing towards signing after agreeing on a fee with Juventus.
According to Italian journalist Nicolo Schira, the club are now in talks with the Frenchman’s mother to agree on personal terms.
Negotiations are ongoing but the midfielder’s camp have already made a few lucrative demands.
The midfielder’s mother wants a hefty agent fee and is also pushing for a big signing-on bonus as part of the agreement.
No deal is yet in place between Rabiot and Manchester United and the negotiations are still ongoing.
The Frenchman is intrigued at the prospect of joining Manchester United and Juventus are happy to sell him.
