Ikpeazu is expected to leave the Riverside Stadium in the ongoing window as he has fallen out of favour under boss Chris Wilder.

The Boro manager has told the hitman that he has no future at the club and should find another home this summer.

Turkish outfit Konyaspor have identified Ikpeazu as a potential target and want to take him to the Super Lig.

Konyaspor have submitted a proposal to sign the 27-year-old on a free transfer, but the deal will include a 20 per cent sell-on clause.

And according to Turkish journalist Ertan Suzgun, Konyaspor have made headway in their quest to land Ikpeazu.

The Super Lig side have invited Ikpeazu to come to Turkey as they look to secure his signing soon.

Ikpeazu still has two years left on his current deal at Boro, but his future is likely to be away from the club from this summer onwards.
