The 25-year-old German defender has been on West Ham’s radar for some time and they have been in negotiations with PSG to bring him to the Premier League.

They have had two bids rejected for the centre-back but it has been claimed that he is now on the cusp of joining the Hammers.

The two clubs have now reached an agreement over a fee and a deal is now in place for the defender to join West Ham.

According to French journalist Fabrice Hawkins, Kehrer is set to arrive in London on Tuesday ahead of joining the east London club.

A medical has been scheduled for the defender before he can then sign a contract with West Ham.

David Moyes has been pushing to add more defensive reinforcements to his squad before the end of the window.

With Kehrer on his way into West Ham, Moyes is hopeful of adding two more signings after the German’s arrival.
