Rangers have conceded eleven goals in their last three games with their domestic and European campaign lying in tatters.

Question marks are now being raised about Van Bronckhorst and the way he has handled the Rangers team at the start of the season.

Moore admitted that recruitment is a problem given none of Rangers’ new signings started their 3-0 home defeat to Napoli Wednesday and feels something is wrong behind the scenes.

He believes not everyone at Rangers is singing from the same hymn-sheet given the fact that the Gers boss is opting to pick players over new signings who have come in for considerable money this summer.

The former Rangers star said on Sky Sports Scotland: “Recruitment is an issue.

“Out of the seven new players that have come in this season, two are injured and five were on the bench last night.

“It’s a strange situation and a lot may be happening behind the scenes that we are not 100 per cent clear about.

“To be successful, everybody needs to be on the same page, there is no doubt about that.

“I don’t know what is happening behind closed doors.

“Leon King, who I think is a great young talent, and gets his opportunity last night, but you have got a central defender that they have spent £4m on in Ben Davies on the bench.

“Things seem a bit unclear at this moment in time.”

Rangers will be desperate to put on a performance and get a result when they host Dundee United at Ibrox on Saturday.
