Kean signed a five-year contract with Everton in the summer of 2019 for a fee in the region of €27.5m with add-ons, but struggled to make an impact in the Premier League, making 39 appearances and scoring four goals.

Last season, the 22-year-old joined former club Juventus on loan from Everton on a two-year agreement for a loan fee of €7m, with an obligation to buy at the end of the loan period.

It was speculated in the summer that Juventus were looking to offload him amid concerns over his behaviour and difficulties showing his best on the pitch.

However, Pimenta, who is representing Kean, insists that all at Juventus understand the level of his talent and have no issues with his behaviour.

Pimenta also stressed that sometimes people forget that Kean is still young and only wants to play football.

“He’s a boy. He emerged at sixteen”, Pimenta told Italian daily Tuttosport.

“He earned a lot of money, and it may have confused him, but he is talented and good.

“Everyone at Juventus agrees that he is a professional, they do not blame him for bad behaviour.

“He is a boy who now only asks you to play.

“Sometimes we forget that he was born in 2000 because he started early.

“I always tell him that he is becoming an adult now.”

Kean has made nine appearances for the Bianconeri this season, but has yet to find the back of the net.
