Marsch’s side are winless in their last six outings in the Premier League, with only two points collected from those fixtures.
Leeds recorded their first loss at home in the league last time out against Arsenal, with a Bukayo Saka strike separating the two sides.
Nevin believes that there is no reason to worry about the Whites this season, despite their superb start to the campaign evaporating quickly.
The former Chelsea and Everton star argued that Marsch is trying to put in place an ethos at Elland Road, the like of which can be found at Arsenal under Mikel Arteta.
Nevin admitted to liking the look of the ethos Marsch is trying to instil even though their results have not kept pace with their style of play and the attitude they display.
“I don’t have any fears for Leeds United this season”, Nevin said on BBC Radio 5 live.
“I know they’re down a little bit lower than they’d just like to be just now, but the way they’re playing, the attitude they’ve got…..
“You talk about an ethos of a club like Arsenal have got, well I think Marsch is doing exactly the same thing at Leeds United, trying to get an ethos here.
“I quite like the look of it, even if the results haven’t been as good as they’d want.”
Leeds are presently situated in 15th place in the Premier League table and will travel to relegation-threatened Leicester City on Thursday.
