A lacklustre run has seen Leeds pick up just two points in their last seven Premier League games, with fears of another relegation battle haunting the Whites.
The Whites lost 2-0 to Leicester City on Thursday night and it has led to pressure mounting on Marsch, who replaced fan favourite Marcelo Bielsa in the Leeds dugout.
With Aston Villa, the club below them, parting ways with their manager after a defeat this week, there have been calls from some for Marsch to get the sack as well.
However, the Leeds board are currently not planning on taking the decision to relieve Marsch of his duties.
There is pressure on Marsch, but only from external sources, as the higher-ups at Leeds still have full faith in his project.
The Leeds board are also enthusiastic that Marsch can turn the form of the team around, starting this weekend against Fulham, whose defeat of Aston Villa led to Steven Gerrard’s sacking.
For Marsch, he will be hoping that he can get a result against Fulham and redeem the trust placed in him by the Leeds board.
