Ronaldo is available on a free transfer after Manchester United terminated his contract earlier this month.

The veteran forward’s explosive interview led to the club and the player mutually deciding to part ways, with him receiving nothing in the form of compensation from Manchester United.

Ronaldo will look for a new club after the World Cup and he has a massive offer on his table from Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr.

It has been claimed that the Portuguese is seriously considering moving to Saudi Arabia, but he would still prefer to stay in Europe.

And the prospect of Chelsea snapping him up in the winter transfer window has again arisen.

Ronaldo would be tempted to move to Stamford Bridge if Chelsea make a serious offer for him.

Thomas Tuchel rejected signing him last summer but Chelsea now have a new manager in Graham Potter.

Chelsea are reportedly still not considering signing the veteran forward but things could change soon in the coming weeks.
