Silva went on loan to Belgian side Anderlecht before the start of the season but his spell with them is set to come to an early end.
The Wolves talent played for them regularly and got on the scoresheet seven times in the league. but he is keen to depart.
Thus, his loan spell with the Belgian club is about to be terminated and PSV Eindhoven are set to benefit as they are in line to take him on.
However, the loan deal has been stalled because Wolves, Anderlecht and PSV Eindhoven have not yet agreed terms or the compensation.
The loan to the Dutch club is still expected to happen but an agreement will needs to found between the three clubs.
