Rangers have a deal in place with Standard Liege for the talented midfielder and he has snubbed interest from Stuttgart to move to Scotland.

The transfer window is open in Scotland until midnight, but Rangers are moving to make sure they have Raskin sealed before then.

He has now arrived at the club’s training ground, being spotted by Sky Sports News, and is putting the finishing touches to the switch.

Raskin is expected to put pen to paper to a long term contract at Ibrox.

He will add to Michael Beale’s midfield options as Rangers look to enjoy a successful second half of the season.

Raskin was out of contract at Standard Liege in the summer and the Belgians were content to sell at the right price.

It remains to be seen which moment Beale will choose to hand Raskin his Gers debut.
