Ziyech was left stranded in Paris on Tuesday when his proposed loan move to PSG fell through at the last minute.

PSG laid the blame completely on Chelsea for the move not going through and claimed that the Blues twice sent them incorrect or incomplete paperwork before sending the right documents minutes after the transfer window closed.

Gullit insisted that he does not believe that Chelsea made a mistake and accused them of intentionally botching Ziyech’s move to PSG.

The Dutchman admitted that he finds it hard to believe that a club that signed so many players would make the same mistake twice and feels there is more to the story.

Gullit said on Dutch broadcaster Ziggo Sport: “This wasn’t a mistake.

“This was intentional. Yes, this was bullying. The story doesn’t make any sense.

“If you get that many players and you do this twice, I do not believe this.

“I don’t know what was happening and it also may be that Ziyech was annoying.”

Ziyech did return and was in the starting eleven in Chelsea’s 0-0 draw against Fulham at Stamford Bridge on Friday night.
