Bradford are ninth in the League Two table and are on equal points with the last playoff spot holder Stockport County, with a game in hand.

Now Mark Hughes will take his team to lock horns with second-placed Stevenage on Saturday.

Evans is of the view that the game against the Bantams will be a massive one and stressed that Bradford are a special club.

The Stevenage boss also stated that a club of the size of Bradford are a Premier League stature club and stated his side’s intention to snatch three points from Hughes’ side.

“We will prepare the team for another massive, massive game”, Evans told Stevenage TV.

“If you look at Bradford City, they are the one special club in League Two that everyone says they could be playing a Premier League fixture on Saturday and no one would blink.

“They are that size of club.

“But we have an opportunity to get three points and that’s our sole focus.”

Bradford have drawn their last three games in the league and will be eager to pick up a win against Stevenage on Saturday.
