Beale is preparing his side to take on Celtic in the first cup final of the season this Sunday at Hampden Park and the Rangers manager has a few injury issues to sort out.
The Rangers boss has remained coy on the injury status of John Lundstram and Ryan Jack, while Malik Tillman is also not certain to play against Celtic due to a hamstring problem.
However, Ferguson is unconcerned and insisted that Beale did well to sign Nicolas Raskin and Todd Cantwell in the winter transfer window to bolster the squad.
The Rangers legend admitted that he would be more than comfortable seeing the duo start in the cup final and stressed the importance of having a quality squad ahead of the big game.
The former midfielder said on the Go Radio Football Show: “I am not too concerned because of the signings he has made in January in terms of Raskin and Cantwell.
“If you are going to lose Lundstram and Ryan Jack, for instance, I would be more than comfortable with Raskin and [Glen] Kamara.
“If Tillman, who has been exceptional this season, is going to miss due to a hamstring injury, I would be totally comfortable with Cantwell playing there.
“That’s the beauty in having a big squad with a lot of quality.
“That’s what Celtic have had for the last 18 months and Michael Beale is trying to build that.
“I would have been concerned a couple of months ago but not I am not that concerned now with the injuries.”
Rangers have not lifted the Scottish League Cup since lifting the trophy in the 2010/11 season.
