Thomas Tuchel has made it clear that he wants to make Barry part of his coaching staff at Bayern Munich.

The German worked with him when he was the Chelsea manager and is very keen to take him to Bavaria in the coming days.

Bayern Munich have made an approach to Chelsea while making a compensation offer for Barry.

But it has been claimed that the offer from the German champions is short of what Chelsea want before agreeing to his release.

The two clubs are haggling over the fee but Tuchel and Bayern Munich are hopeful that an agreement will be reached.

On the other hand, Barry has been asked to stay away from Chelsea’s training ground as Graham Potter prepares his team ahead of the Premier League resuming this weekend.

The coach will not be at their training ground or at Stamford Bridge as long as the situation remains unresolved.

Barry is keen to move to Germany and reunite with his former boss Tuchel at Bayern Munich.
