The Whites are facing the real prospect of being relegated from the Premier League on the final day of the season.

A win over Tottenham would not be enough to save Leeds if Everton or Leicester win their respective games on Sunday.

Leeds are putting plans in place if they are relegated back to the Championship and are preparing for an exodus of players from the squad.

But there are players the club would love to hold on to and Adams is one of the Leeds stars they want to keep.

Leeds signed Adams from RB Leipzig last summer and he has been a constant presence in the middle of the park for the Whites.

The United States international is rated highly and is a dressing room presence inside Elland Road.

Leeds would want to keep him and are hoping to convince Adams to stick around in the Championship.

It remains to be seen whether the US International decides to slug it out in the second tier of English football if Leeds get relegated.
