The Hammers have suffered a difficult season in the Premier League and finished 14th in the league table.

Despite spending money in the transfer market to bring in several players to strengthen their squad, West Ham failed to finish in a European spot.

West Ham will be determined not to repeat this season’s hardships in the following campaign.

However, not qualifying for European competition next could take a toll on their transfer budget.

But David Moyes’s side, being in the Europa Conference League final, still have the opportunity to get a spot in next season’s Europa League.

The Hammers are set to take on Italian outfit Fiorentina on Wednesday in the final and winning it could strengthen their transfer budget for next season.

Moyes’ men also have an opportunity on their hands to end West Ham’s 43-year trophy drought at Eden Arena.
