Pulisic is one of several players Chelsea are still looking to offload as they seek to bring some balance to their bloated squad in the ongoing transfer window.

The American has a year left on his contract and Chelsea are actively seeking offers to sell him this summer.

AC Milan are interested in getting their hands on him and have held talks with Chelsea over potentially signing the United States international.

And according to Italian daily Gazzetta dello Sport, the winger is prepared to make a financial effort to try and move to AC Milan.

It has been claimed Pulisic is ready to take a pay cut to end up playing in the Rossoneri shirt next season.

He is currently on a contract worth less than €4m per season at Chelsea and is prepared to accept a reduction to help AC Milan finance a deal.

AC Milan are appreciative of the gesture but they are yet to take a final call on whether to pursue the winger.

Chelsea want somewhere around €20m from his departure but AC Milan would only consider doing a deal for €15m.

They are on the cusp of signing Ruben Loftus-Cheek from Chelsea and it remains to be seen whether Pulisic joins his Blues team-mate in Italy.
