And according to Turkish daily Takvim (via Skorer), the Turkish giant have submitted a loan offer for Scarpa to Nottingham Forest that includes an option to buy clause.
Now it remains to be seen whether the Tricky Trees will accept the offer and let the midfielder move to Turkey this summer.
