Livramento’s future at Southampton is under the scanner due to interest from Newcastle in the ongoing transfer window.
The Magpies have had several offers rejected for the former Chelsea defender and the club need to sell players before they can fund a move for him this summer.
Southampton do not want to sell the player on the cheap despite their relegation and a sell-on clause in his contract makes any deal more expensive for his suitors.
It has been claimed that Southampton want to make somewhere around £25m to £30m from any deal to sell the full-back.
The sell-on clause that would be due to Chelsea would value the total package at £50m this summer.
Newcastle or any other club are yet to get close to matching that figure in their bids thus far.
Livramento is thought to be keen on the move as he wants to play Champions League football under Eddie Howe.
