And it has been claimed that Cottagers have marched ahead of others in the race to sign the left-back ahead of the new season.
Fulham are in contact with the left-back’s representatives and AC Milan over getting a deal done to sign him.
A move to England seemingly appeals to Ballo-Toure who is keen to sort out his next club as soon as possible and it remains to be seen if Everton will now firm up their efforts to sign him.
However, Fulham are now the top contenders to land the former Paris Saint-Germain player this summer.
