Ndombele spent last season on loan at Napoli and has been back at Tottenham since the start of pre-season.
However, he has not caught the eye of new manager Ange Postecoglou and is not part of his plans going forward.
Tottenham are actively seeking to move him on and he has been linked with a transfer to Turkey this summer.
But according to Italian journalist Rudy Galletti, there are no advanced negotiations for his departure from Tottenham at the moment.
Fenerbahce and Galatasaray have expressed an interest in signing the French midfielder in the ongoing transfer window.
But the talks have all been tentative between the parties and nothing is imminent about Ndombele leaving Spurs at the moment.
More negotiations are expected to take place in the coming weeks as Spurs look to let him go before the window shuts on 1st September.
Ndombele is also waiting for the right offer to arrive on his table as he searches for a new club this summer.
