The 25-year-old attacking midfielder joined QPR in the winter of 2017 from Belgian outfit Lierse.

Chair has established himself as a key part of the Rangers squad and last season he played a crucial role in helping Gareth Ainsworth’s side avoid relegation.

Now the midfielder is at the top of Leicester City’s transfer wish list as they look to get straight back in the Premier League.

And it has been claimed that the Foxes are set to step up their interest in the 25-year-old.

Ainsworth feels Chair is an important part of his squad and Queens Park Rangers are not interested in letting the midfielder leave.

Chair has two years left on his contract and QPR have the option of extending it by a further one year.

Leicester have seen a host of key midfield players depart their squad in the ongoing window and all eyes will be on them to see whether they will be able to land Chair.
