The Whites have made a bad start to the Championship season by earning just one point from their opening two games, both matches many expected them to win.
Relegation clauses allowing players to leave on loan this summer have forced Leeds to lose some of the stars that they did not want to let go of like Jack Harrison, who joined Everton on loan.
Willy Gnonto has more or less gone on strike to force through a move and even Luis Sinisterra is pushing for a transfer before the transfer deadline on 1st September.
Leeds are in the market for more additions to their squad this summer but Farke conceded that he cannot wait for the window to end.
He is confident that by the end of the transfer window, Leeds will have a more competitive squad.
The Leeds boss said in a press conference: “Hopefully September arrives pretty quick and our squad looks more competitive.
“We’re confident we’ll have a competitive group by the end of August.”
Leeds will hope to get their first win on the board when they host West Brom at Elland Road on Friday night.
