Nusa, 18, is on the books at Belgian side Club Brugge and despite him being linked with Everton recently, it appeared he would be staying put as the window closes.

Chelsea however have other ideas and, according to Belgian daily Het Belang van Limburg, the Blues have put in a big offer.

They have sent a bid of €30m to Club Brugge for the attacker and the Belgian side are prepared to look at it given the level of offer.

Time though is running out in the transfer window.

Even if Chelsea can finalise a deal with Club Brugge then the player himself has to assess the switch and it is not clear if he wants it now.

Club Brugge signed the Norwegian attacker in the 2021 summer transfer window from Stabaek.

He is highly rated and Chelsea are keen to get ahead of the competition and snap him up today.
