Joshua Zirkzee is waiting to fly out to England as Manchester United look to finalise a deal with Bologna for his signature in the coming days.

With the Netherlands losing 2-1 to England in the semi-finals of the European Championship on Wednesday night, Zirkzee’s tournament is over.

Manchester United have agreed personal terms with the player and an agreement over agent commission is also in place with Kia Joorabchian.

The Premier League giants are now discussing the payment structure of the €40m fee with Bologna.

According to Italian outlet Tutto Mercato, the Dutchman is now waiting for the green signal to fly out to Manchester to complete the move.

The forward wants to finalise his transfer to the Old Trafford outfit before he goes for his post-tournament holidays.

Manchester United and Joorabchian are working closely to define the details of the deal for Bologna.

The Premier League giants will also look to close out a deal for another Dutchman in Matthijs de Ligt in the coming days.
