Ipswich Town are in the transfer mix for the signature of Everton midfield target Kalvin Phillips this summer, according to Sky Sports News.

Manchester City are open to offers for the midfielder in the ongoing transfer window and are keen to move him on before the end of the month.

Phillips had a disastrous loan spell at West Ham last season and Manchester City would prefer to sell him this summer.

Sean Dyche is interested in exploring a deal to take Phillips to Goodison Park in the ongoing transfer window.

It has been claimed that Ipswich are also interested in getting their hands on the England midfielder.

The Tractor Boys have signed six players since getting promoted to the Premier League at the end of last season.

Kieran McKenna wants midfield reinforcements and Phillips is a player Ipswich are considering signing.

Galatasaray are also interested in the player but the Manchester City star is not keen on joining the Turkish giants.
